Rather, it’s Italian artist Maurizio Pignatti’s rendition of a beauty photo I shot for DIVA magazine a while ago. Maurizio employs a technique of painting with screen printing ink on digitally-printed canvasses. The resulting one-of-a-kind artwork, not inappropriately titled “Omaggio a Jaques Bagios”, measures 105 x 105 cm, and will be on show in February.
